Greet, register and assign rooms to guests of hotel. Verify customers’ credit, and establish how the customer will pay. Assign and distribute room keys.

This includes assessing security deposit requirements based on appropriate credit check procedures and arranging payment with customers on overdue accounts.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills for internal and external customers; Must pass the benchmark level proficiency test;
