General Duties:
· Provide office administrative support, purchasing and cost tracking, Schedule and coordinate training, equipment maintenance and travel arrangements, and general support.
Specific duties:
· Issue purchase orders to vendors, track materials and pricing
· Arrange and schedule travel and accommodations for staff
· Prepare and track documentation for time and material contracts
· Office Supplies and PPE Pickup
· Maintain employee training matrix and schedule training as required
· Participate in OHS Committee Meetings
· Attend Meetings and prepare meeting minutes
· Oversee equipment maintenance and appointment scheduling
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
· Experience with administrative work
· Excellent oral and written communications, including speaking/presenting before large audiences
· Experience in the use of Microsoft Word Office, Excel and Word
· Ability to work independently required
· Demonstrate strong work ethic and a sense of urgency
Qualifications:
· 3-5 years proven experience in an office environment
· High school Diploma
· Diploma or degree in administration or related field
