We are looking for a high energy Resort Sales Administrator who can work with our Sales team to ensure our sales process is flawless and our new cottage owners can get possession of their new cottage quickly. You are responsible for:
- Sales document management
- Keeping Sales team member paperwork on track
- Managing sales activity and sales financials from our internal sales system
- Working with our Contractors: obtaining permits, distributing work orders to shipping companies, manufacturers and suppliers
- Managing our Park Model Cottage inventory
- Produce weekly sales reports & activities
- Customer excellence in managing New customer files
- Sales of add-on accessories (including sunrooms) to achieve our aftersales targets
- Participating in our annual RV Show demonstrations
- Assisting our VP of Sales & Marketing and Sales Coordinator
Qualifications
- A Word and Excel expert
- Organized, detail-oriented and great at meeting timelines
- Problem-solving expert
- A little analytical
- Able to make decisions
- have the ability to travel as needed for meetings or training
