The Customer Service Representative (Bilingual: French/English) interfaces with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems and questions regarding client products and/or services.

WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE
As a Customer Service Representative (Bilingual: French/English), you will:
Welcome customers to the brand and our variety of products
Handle multiple call types from our various members in North America and answer general customer inquiries clearly and professionally in both French and English
Assist customers with navigation and roadside assistance or vehicle warranty and recalls while making tailored recommendations on our products and services to meet their needs
Obtain, file, and input customer information and data
Listen attentively to our Member’s needs, while demonstrating empathy and building rapport
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Other qualifications for our Customer Service Representative (Bilingual: French/English) role include:
The ability to read, write, and speak French and English fluently
A High School Diploma (or equivalent)
Computer proficiency (including knowledge of windows-based applications)
1 year of customer service experience (Retail, Restaurant, and or Call Centre experience) is beneficial
The flexibility to work a minimum of a 40-hour work week. Currently, we are not hiring students.
