Sales and Service Coordinator

In this role, you will play a pivotal role in assisting customers with their inquiries, providing expert answers, and driving sales through excellent service.
Responsibilities:
Manage inbound calls, emails, and chats with efficiency and professionalism.
Understand customer needs and address inquiries regarding our products and services.
Collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue growth by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in English equivalent to a native speaker is necessary.
Minimum of two years of proven customer service experience.
Strong communication skills and ability to handle challenging customer interactions.
Knowledge of the automotive industry and a passion for vehicles is preferred.
