We are currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Window Cleaning Technician and Exterior Home Maintenance professional to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Providing exceptional window cleaning and exterior home maintenance services to both residential and commercial customers
- Performing maintenance tasks, including cleaning gutters, and conducting inspections, house washing and Pressure washing.
- Using ladders, scaffolding, and other equipment to reach windows and rooftops on higher floors
- Removing dirt, grime, and other debris from windows, and other exterior surfaces using cleaning solutions and equipment
- Ensuring all equipment is maintained and in good working condition
- Interacting with customers and representing the Men in Kilts brand with pride and professionalism
- Participating in promotional events and marketing initiatives as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in roof and construction work is preferred but not required
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment and climb stairs
- Comfortable working at heights using ladders and scaffolding
- Strong attention to detail and able to work independently
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to wear a kilt while on the job and embrace the Men in Kilts culture!
