About you

Your mission
Reporting to the Director of Digital Marketing, you will be responsible for the execution of the digital marketing strategy for various GardaWorld website properties.
Your focus will be to attract, engage, and convert prospects through funnels while achieving digital growth objectives. Ensure that we grow website traffic and generate Marketing Qualified Leads. You will work collaboratively with the Brand & Content team towards the creation of compelling supportive content and campaigns needed to execute the overall digital strategy. You will frequently partner with the various cross-functional business unit stakeholders to collaborate on strategy based on their priorities and sales targets.
Your responsibilities as a Digital Marketing Manager
- Execute and own the agreed upon digital strategy.

Work closely with the business units to understand and then support their go-to-market & sales enablement activities and act as point of contact within the digital marketing team.

Collaborate with the Brand & Content team to execute the digital strategy and 360 campaigns to drive traffic, user engagement and conversions.

Own and update websites keeping in mind the conversation rate (via visitor journey, contact form, etc.)

Identify opportunities and recommend initiatives to move prospects down the sales funnel and drive leads.

Identify what is converting and what is not and implement alternative options to increase performance.

Ensure the website never goes stale and its SEO is bullet proof optimized and aligned with running SEM campaigns.
Overall
- Keep an eye on external benchmarking and competitive intelligence to define and adjust strategy

Keep abreast of the latest developments in digital marketing, educating yourself of the latest innovations and bringing potential solutions to leadership

Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes

Document marketing strategies and processes

Create reports, pull insights, and deliver recommendations

Not limited to the above…
Required qualifications
- 8-10 years' experience managing website performance and digital marketing programs (preferably B2B experience)

A mastery of the latest digital marketing best practices that result in customer acquisition, retention, and growth.

Exceptional skills in digital marketing, website update (via CMS) and website evolution.

Strong planning and project management abilities

A deep familiarity with web analytics tools

Drupal experience considered an asset

Bilingual: English and French. Prepared to work in a French speaking environment.
