Trillium HR is hiring for Dietary Aide and other Kitchen Helper positions for our Long Term Care client in Canada's Capital region. We are looking for flexible individuals who are prepared to work in a multinational company where they can grow and improve themselves.
*URGENTLY HIRING*
The pay rate for this position is at $17.88-18.50/per hour for unregistered, and $23.50-24.00 for those with a Food Service Worker's Diploma.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a retirement residence, long term care residence, or similar experience is preferred
- 3 doses of COVID vaccination is required
- Clear VSS required
- Clear TB test required
- Completion of or current enrollment in post-secondary Food Service Worker diploma program (Required for Dietary Aide)
- Food service level 1 (for Kitchen Helpers)
Responsibilities:
- Prepare food and serve residents while ensuring their satisfaction
- Maintaining a safe work environment.
- Have strong communication skills and excellent customer service.
- Respond to resident and family member concerns in a professional and positive manner.
