Description of Duties:
-Completing high quality repairs and small production jobs for commercial and residential buildings (new roof and roof replacements)
-Operating and running job sites by leading and training crew members efficiently
-Coordinating with project manager for scheduling and job details
-Working with clients throughout the job process to ensure an excellent customer experience
-Working and conducting business in a professional matter
-Installing various torch-on SBS 2-ply systems
-
Skills and Requirements:
-2+ years' experience with torch-on SBS systems
-Experience installing 2-ply systems, coverboard, insulation, slope packages and other components applicable to SBS systems
-Presentable appearance
-Valid driver's license and clean driving record
-Hard-working
-Reliable and Dependable
-Fall Protection Certificate an asset
-Red Seal certification an asset

Compensation and Perks:
-Competitive wages starting at $25-35 / hour
-Overtime Pay: 1.5x wage after 40 hours in a week
