Responsibilities:
- Oversee all operations in the housekeeping department
- Manage and supervise a team of employees, providing guidance and support
- Provide training and ensure employees have the necessary tools
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
- Participate in the hiring process
- Scheduling of employees
Experience:
- Previous experience in a managerial role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
