Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Advisor with experience selling to HR VPs and Director. We are looking for someone who understands the HR landscape inside and out.
In this role, you will work approximately 2-4 hours a week, offering flexibility to accommodate your schedule.
The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of HR processes, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of successfully engaging and closing deals with HR Directors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Understanding: Stay informed about the latest trends, challenges, and opportunities in the HR industry to tailor your sales approach effectively.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with HR Directors and decision-makers at organizations of various sizes and industries.
- Product Knowledge: Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value and benefits to potential clients.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to identify, target, and secure new business with HR Directors.
- Consultative Selling: Employ a consultative approach to understand the unique needs and pain points of each HR Director and propose tailored solutions.
- Sales Presentations: Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the advantages of our offerings.
- Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate contracts and agreements to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Sales Metrics: Monitor and report on sales performance using key metrics and KPIs to assess progress and refine strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of successful sales experience, with a focus on selling to HR Directors or HR professionals.
- In-depth knowledge of HR processes, best practices, and industry trends.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
