We are looking for sales associates at the Ottawa International Airport who will be responsible for delivering enthusiastic, helpful customer service and product knowledge.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers promptly and enthusiastically as they enter the store
- Meet and make a connection with customers by asking questions, listening to shopper needs and giving options & advice on meeting those needs.
- Inspire the customer to buy while creating a lasting positive impression
- Operate the cash register with accuracy and efficiency
- Perform opening and closing cash-handling duties as required
- Maintain a clean and well-stocked selling floor presentation, while also keeping an organized stockroom.
- Qualifications:
- Due to selling Alcohol, you must be at least 18 years old
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently
- Team player and self-motivator
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment, while being attentive to customers
- Remain flexible to the needs of the business
- French is an asset
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 15-20 per week
Salary: $15.50 per hour
Day range:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Shift:
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
