Job Description:
Superintendent positions available for luxury rental buildings in HRM.
Residential rental unit provided (taxable benefit) Live-In position only.
Heat, hot water and parking are included.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
General maintenance of building.
Cleaning of all common areas (lobby, elevators, hallways, garbage/recycling room).
Carrying building cell phone 24/7 & responding to emergencies.
Work in conjunction with property manager to monitor subcontractors & communicate with residents of the building.
Some evening and weekend work required.
