Who are we?
Chrono Aviation was founded in Quebec City in 2012. In its early days, the airline operated a Pilatus PC-12 and employed two pilots. Chrono quickly attracted customers looking for a comfortable, efficient and safe flying experience.
After a decade in business, Chrono Aviation has increased its fleet to 15 aircraft and employs more than 280 people. Chrono is the only airline in Quebec to offer aircraft that can accommodate from 9 to 120 passengers exclusively for charter. With bases in Montreal and Quebec City, Chrono Aviation continues to expand and strengthen its leadership position in the air charter industry in Quebec and Canada.
Role and context
Under the supervision of the Controller, the candidate will be responsible for supporting the accounting team in carrying out certain projects and mandates.
Key responsibilities
- Sending legal documents and confidential reports to our business partners
- Prepare presentations and reports for the Chief Financial Officer
- Assisting the accounts department with various tasks
Key skills
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability; situations evolve and projects change
- Rapidly develop a good understanding of operations so as to be able to produce management reports tailored to the Group's needs
- Demonstrate great attention to detail and confidentiality
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools - Power point, Excel, Word.
Specific job requirements
- Experience as an administrative assistant
- Experience in the accounts receivable/billing and accounts payable department (an asset)
- Bilingualism (a strong asset)
