We are currently seeking an experienced Licensed Truck & Transport Mechanic to work and supervise our evening shift in our Woodstock NB shop. In this position the incumbent will inspect, diagnose, repair, and service the components of commercial transport vehicles; respond to road-repair calls; and direct, inspect and provide guidance to the apprentices on shift.
Schedule
Monday to Friday - 6pm to 230am
Education or Employment Requirements:
- Must be a licensed Truck & Transport Mechanic
- 5 years T&T mechanical experience
- 2 years supervisory/leadership experience
- Physical abilities include heavy lifting, tight spaces, and other strenuous activities.
- Must be able to read, write and speak English and communicate well with coworkers, drivers, and management.
