We are seeking Commercial Skilled Red Seal Journeypersons or 2nd to 4th Year accredited Apprentices . We are Looking for Insulators who take pride in their work and our committed to following Best Practices & Quality of Work . We are looking for well rounded Insulators with the ability to all aspects of Mechanical Insulation from Mechanical Rooms , Chilled Water , Heat Trace , HVAC , Chillers ,Cladding, Exposed Finishing etc:
We follow the new CLRA Collective Agreement and all applicants must become or be a member of Local 118 .
Wage Increases under the new CLRA Agreement over the next 3yrs June 1st /2023 - 7.5% - Oct 29/2023 - 2.5% - May 2024 - 4.5% & May 2025 - 4.5% .
We currently are offering Overtime Work on Saturdays at Time & a Half per Collective Agreement
Vacation Pay is 10%
We provide x5 Paid Sick Days after 3 Months of Employment
We offer Health & Welfare Plan aswell Pension Plan through BC Insulators Local 118 .
