About the Role
This role is dedicated to the administration, development and maintenance of Salesforce applications. You will work alongside a distributed team of Salesforce Admins and Developers and will be responsible for managing support tickets, updating configurations, loading data, adding features, fixing bugs, and creating new applications.
What you'll be doing
Work with internal departments to identify business requirements and collaborate with developers to provide solutions
Identify opportunities for automation through the use of Process Builder, Flows, Workflow rules, and other advanced admin tools
Design, develop, and maintain objects, page layouts, applications, reports, and dashboards in the SalesForce.com platform
Research new releases and technologies that would benefit our customers
Write tests and documentation for new and existing applications
Manage Salesforce security including roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows and groups
Manage 3rd party applications from the AppExchange (including upgrades and user licenses)
Troubleshoot issues
Resolve incoming support tickets
Requirements
Knowledge of SFDC administration/customization including but not limited to permission sets, workflows/approvals, reporting, dashboards, declarative automation tools
Proven experience issue handling
Familiarity with DocuSign, Conga Composer
Experience using a data loader and migration/ETL tools, as well as techniques to implement real-time integrations
Experience implementing integrations from the 3rd party app exchange
Salesforce Administrator Certification (desirable)
