Maximize short-term and long-term revenue and plant utilization through brand awareness and direct sales.
- Maximize long term revenue opportunities by developing new networks and connections which include, but are not limited to aboriginal relationships
- Analyze and understand the evolving marketplace, by researching competitors, getting a beat on different strategies being used to tap into opportunities
- Create short term and long term revenue forecasts, supported by logical areas of growth and type of work by vertical
- Drive and motivate sales team to follow procedures, meet their targets, and resolve issues
- Maximize plant utilization
- Develop, maintain and expand sales funnel
- Be aware of gaps or the end of the backlog and strategically work to continue to fill the backlog so that there is a minimum of six months work
- Develop and maintain brand awareness amongst our target markets with a written plan, and regular checks to determine our efforts are making an impact
