Junior Project Coordinator (High-Rise) – Monday to Friday; 8:30am – 5:00pm
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain highly organized notes, schedules, files, etc. for various tasks including (but not limited to) tenders, notifications, pricing, approvals, RFI’s, and changes/new information as it’s received
- Monitor and update various people on project schedules and timelines
- Multi-task between many on-going projects during various stages of development & construction
- Manage project related paperwork in an organized and legible manner
- Communicate clearly by email
- Data entry of various information
Qualifications:
- Preferred post-Secondary diploma or certificate in construction related field but not required
- Review shop drawing sets and specifications and present information in a clear & organized manner
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Analyze and solve problems
- Be able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel)
- Acute attention to detail
- Highly organized with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong document management skills
- Understanding of computer operating system for using program shortcuts for better work flow and efficiency.
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: $40,000.00-$47,000.00 per year
