Pay Rate- $35,000 plus high commissions
Job Location- Toronto
Shift- Morning- 9 am to 5:30 pm

Responsibilities:
As a Business Development Associate your responsibilities will include:

Maintaining and developing your customer database by establishing relationships with new customers;

Soliciting prospects and clients on a regular basis (Sales), as well as organizing networking visits in a specific local territory;

Responding to clients' recruitment needs;

Manage and work in collaboration with the team of Client Relations Specialist
Qualifications:
In order to qualify for the Business Development Associate position, you need to have:

Must have one plus year of business development / sales experience in an agency environment

Ability to build strong business relationships;

Experience or strong interest in the recruitment world;

Strong communication skills and be a great team player;

Great personality and ability to engage in business focused discussions;

Average proficiency with technology and social networks (an asset);
