AltaGas - Turnaround Coordinator
Reporting to the Manager, Integrated Ops Planning the Turnaround Coordinator is responsible for the development and implementation of Midstream Turnaround standards, which are part of the Asset Care focus area within the Midstream OMS ASMG Element. Occasional travel will be required for this position.
You Will:
Responsible for OMS ASMG Turnaround governance documentation
Establish, maintain, and monitor turnaround processes, procedures, tools, and KPIs
Identify centralized resources required to support multiple turnaround projects per year
Initiate turnaround kick-off meetings to formalize roles and responsibilities
Steward to turnaround milestone plans and escalate milestone delays as required
Ensure turnaround budgets are developed in a standardized approach
Support and monitor cost control activities – tickets, invoices, PO management
Work with field personnel and SCM to develop strong RFP process
Lead monthly facility turnaround planning meetings
Chair quarterly Turnaround Steering Committee meetings
Lead turnaround readiness and lessons learned assessments
Implement a standard approach for daily turnaround execution reporting and metrics
Assess and justify new technology to support turnaround management
You Have:
10+ Years of combined maintenance, operations, and/or engineering experience.
Turnaround planning and coordination leadership experience in the oil and gas industry preferred
Maximo and Microsoft Project experience
Ability to drive multiple projects to successful completion Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects
Possesses a strong technical aptitude and solid understanding of the financial and operational impacts of maintenance decisions
Excellent collaboration and team building skills
