TAHK Projects Ltd., is a Mechanical Contractor who has been providing construction and fabrication services since 2007. We manage facility projects across Western Canada, whether it is a new build or an expansion to an existing facility. Duties:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to understand the layout and installation requirements.
- Measure, cut, thread, and bend pipes to required shapes and sizes.
- Assemble and install piping systems, including fittings, valves, and other components.
- Maintain and repair existing piping systems.
- Rig and hoist heavy pipes into position using cranes or other lifting equipment.
- Build supports and brackets for pipes using hand tools or welding equipment.
- Test piping systems for leaks using pressure gauges or other testing equipment.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople, such as electricians and HVAC technicians, to ensure proper coordination of installations.
Experience:
- Proven experience as a pipefitter or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of pipefitting techniques, materials, tools, and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Proficient in cutting, threading, bending, and joining different types of pipes.
- Familiarity with plumbing codes and regulations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $45.22-$61.30 per hour
