As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of over 30 individuals. The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for coaching and training the team to deliver elite customer service while overseeing daily operations.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Owning the customer experience by coaching, mentoring, and running daily operations
Leading a team of 30+ passionate customer service professionals
Responsible for managing the department, ordering, scheduling, invoicing, monitoring for productivity, reducing operating costs, and making it profitable.
Liaise with Customers, Sales team, and internal teams as required on service issues and opportunities.
Lend support in all technical aspects including diagnostics and parts support as required.
Resource planning, managing expenses, and overseeing that the health and safety procedures are being followed
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
Passion and drive for delivering exceptional customer experience
A proven track record of coaching and mentoring employees to deliver the mandate for customer experience
Ability to lead and motivate a team of 30 – 40 direct reports
Understanding business dynamics, foreseeing business risks and opportunities
Adaptable and flexible in managing multiple priorities and timelines
