The Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible managing clinical research trial finances from start to finish for Centricity Research. The AR Specialist will work closely with clinic staff, CROs and Sponsors to make sure everything following the trial’s contract.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Oversee customer accounts to include, but not limited to:
-
Invoicing
-
Receiving payments
-
Reconciling customer accounts
-
Perform collections on customer accounts
-
Perform routine accounting duties and maintain various accounting related files, databases and supporting documentation
-
Gather, enter, and/or update data to maintain company records and databases; establish and maintain files and records for the office
-
Create new company files as directed by the Finance Manager
-
Organize and maintain files for assorted services for Centricity Research and each Affiliate Sites
-
Other duties as assigned
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
-
Minimum: High School Diploma and three years of credible work history
-
Preferred: Associate Degree in Accounting and/or Finance plus 3 years of experience
