Aircraft Types: We operate Cessna 100 series and Piper 20 and 30 series aircraft .
The successful candidate will be required to:
-Report to school management
-Instruct both in-flight and ground school training
-Complete all required regulatory paperwork including flight records, pilot training records, and logbooks
-Become familiar with company standard operating procedures, company reservation system, billing system, and see to basic administrative duties during evenings and weekends
-Create in-flight and ground school instructional materials to present to students
The successful candidate must possess the following qualifications:
-Ability to work legally in Canada
-Class 1, 2, 3, or 4 Flight Instructor Rating
-A valid Category 1 Medical Certificate
-Ability to perform in a dynamic workplace and accept new challenges
-Ability to foster a positive learning environment for our students
-Ability to work some evenings and weekends
-Excellent English oral and written communication skills
-Quickbooks and Microsoft Office skills are considered assets
-Unversity/College degree/diploma is considered an asset
-Multi-Engine and Group I Instrument Rating are considered assets
Salary: Competitive with industry standard rates/TBD based on rating class and experience.
