The Coloplast Marketing Administrator is responsible for the overall administration within the marketing team. This includes responding to general marketing inquiries through general email box, the creation of kits, support for literature creation and shipment, managing of the website, conference administration and Salesforce administration. The Marketing Administrator is also responsible for any additional marketing administration.
Major Areas of Accountability:
Manage updates on the Coloplast websites (creating landing pages, updating banners, content for SEO)
Design and implement email marketing campaigns. This includes (but is not limited to) developing copy and subject lines, building email lists, testing and reporting.
Assist in managing the social media calendar
Respond to all general marketing requests for literature, making kits and marketing supplies.
Work with all literature, ensuring quantities available, shipment and optimizing process.
Organize and provide administrative support to all tradeshows and conferences.
Provide administrative support to Market Managers and Clinical Consultant.
Provide administrative support for updating SalesForce.
Other tasks as assigned.
Training will be provided as needed. Candidate must be willing to learn and grow.
Essential Qualifications:
Associate degree in relevant area (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
1-2 years of experience working in marketing or related field
Intermediate computer skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Quick/Accurate computer input skills
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Previous Medical Device industry or healthcare experience preferred.
Highly structured approach with attention to detail and proper documentation of all work
Ability to understand data structure and quickly grasp new processes and systems
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Organizational skills with the ability to both work within a team and be independent
