Job Summary: To meet or exceed the expectations of our guests with respect to comfort, convenience and safety. To escort arriving and departing guests in a friendly, courteous manner to and from their accommodations, as requested. To drive guests to and from airport, area businesses and other locations, as required.
To respond to guest needs and requests promptly and courteously
To assist hotel guests with luggage, carts, wheelchairs, etc., as required
To provide additional services to hotel guests (i.e. towels, cribs, rollaway beds, etc.), as required
To perform light maintenance in guest rooms when maintenance personnel are not available (e.g. addressing problems with televisions, lights, beds, toilets, etc.)
To transport hotel guests in the airport courtesy shuttle
To assist guests with any special needs or requests, where reasonable and possible
To ensure preparedness of meeting and banquet rooms prior to scheduled functions
To set up and tear down meeting rooms, exclusive of setting tables for food service
To clean, refresh and/or re-set meeting rooms during breaks
To properly maintain and store all furniture and equipment used in meeting rooms
Snow clearing and salting as required (seasonal)
To vacuum, sweep or mop all public areas of the hotel (includes meeting and banquet rooms, lobby, public washrooms and offices), as required
To perform regular security/cleanliness checks of all interior corridors, stairwells, entrances and exits, as well as exterior grounds and parking lots
To provide security checks in the evening and overnight shifts
To collect linen bags from hallways as assembled by room attendants, as time permits
To provide basic information on facilities.
To maintain friendly, cheerful, and courteous manners at all times.
To maintain a clean and organized work area.
To perform other duties as assigned.

Salary: $15.00-$16.00 per hour
