Key Responsibilities:
Business Documentation:
- Collaborate with entrepreneurs and startups to understand their business goals, vision, and requirements.
- Help founder develop and write comprehensive business plans, including financial projections, operational strategies, and growth Roadmap for the Canadian Market
- Assist clients in selecting appropriate business structures and legal entities, considering tax implications and regulatory compliance.
- Design and recommend streamlined and optimized processes that enhance operational effectiveness, productivity, and overall business performance.
Collaborative Partnership:
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment with clients' business objectives and to facilitate a seamless onboarding and support experience.
- Maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including legal experts, financial advisors, and government agencies, to ensure accurate and up-to-date compliance.
Qualifications:
- Post graduate degree from a reputed University in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field
- Proven experience (3+ years) in business consulting, process improvement, startup advisory, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of business operations, legal and regulatory frameworks, and financial management.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify complex business challenges and provide practical solutions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse entrepreneurs and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment.
- Passion for fostering entrepreneurship, supporting under-represented communities, and contributing to Canada's startup ecosystem.
- Demonstrated experience with North American companies, showcasing a in-depth understanding of their operational dynamics, cultural nuances, and industry standards.
