What We Need:
We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator/book keeper to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the organization, including but not limited to managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and equipment.
- Maintain filing systems.
- Manage AR/AP
- Manage payroll
- Manage job tracking
- Schedule appointments and meetings.
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or office.
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Provide administrative support to staff members.
- Prepare reports and documents as needed.
- Organize and coordinate office operations and procedures.
