We are looking for a Physiotherapist that can bring their integrated approach in therapy services to our client’s homes. Our Physiotherapists enjoy a fun, upbeat, and dynamic environment that keeps them independent and adaptable. We are seeking Physiotherapists who are self-motivated and would like to serve the community. This is a remote position and the service area will be Grey & Bruce County.
What you will be doing:
- Change your clients’ lives in the comfort of their homes. You will assess and build an accurate rehab care plan to support clients to remain at home and in an environment that they’re comfortable in.
- Creativity and Adaptability. You will use critical thinking to provide complex preventative or corrective actions for clients to solve problems that interfere with their ability to do things that are important to them.
- Partner with Physiotherapy Assistants to support mostly seniors. Collaborate with a healthcare team that partners with our client’s family members and caregivers to build an inter-discipline, holistic treatment goals, and service plans.
- You will build a flexible schedule that works for you and your clients.
- You will complete thorough assessments to identify factors contributing to physical impairments and disabilities.
- You will establish, implement, evaluate and adjust goal-oriented service plans, in collaboration with Physiotherapy Assistants, client and/or family, caregivers and Care Coordinator/Funder

Skills needed for success:
- Graduate of a recognized Post Secondary program in Physical Therapy.
- Current active registration and is in good standing as a Physiotherapist with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
- Previous experience in Home Care is a bonus.
