IPH Mechanical (Interior Plumbing & Heating LTD.) is looking for a Mechanical Coordinator for a job in Sparwood, BC.
Wage: $40 - $50hr + OT
Duration: 16 Months
Start Date: ASAP
Rotation: 8 days on 6 Days off, 10 hour days
Travel: Calgary is provided to camp $240 LOA will be provided per shift (busing provided)
From Okanagan/ Vancouver Area $760 LOA per shift will be provided to get to camp. (able to drive to camp or fly to Calgary and busing provided from YYC)
LOA: $30.00/day

Responsibilities
As a Mechanical Coordinator you will be responsible for the following:
- Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to project team
- Perform general administrative duties including the review and distribution of project documentation, correspondence, minutes and field review reports, maintenance of project files, drawings, specifications, submittals, and RFI's
- Track and manage RFI's, transmittals, shop drawings, site instructions, contemplated change notices and change orders
- Assist with procurement and delivery
- Work with project manager to maintain billing, scope, materials, and other job objectives
- Support subcontract management and processing of invoices and progress claim
- Assist in the coordination of change orders management process by securing pricing from vendors and subcontractors, review and submit all data received for management team to review and approve
- Prepare project closeout documents by collecting warranties, O&M materials, and equipment startup records
- Other assigned duties as directed by management
