Cortes Natural Food Co-op is a small business in Mansons Landing, BC V0P1K0. We are demanding, customer-centric, rewarding, and our goal is to have a Baker for making breads, pies, rolls, muffins, pastry; help in the kitchen, cafe and grocery store retail as needed. .

We are looking for an experienced Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking and a keen eye for detail. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating delicious baked goods, such as cakes, cookies, breads, and pastries, as well as decorating them according to customer specifications. We are looking for someone who is creative and has the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Follow recipes and adjust ingredients to create desired products.
- Understand and adhere to food safety regulations.
- Prepare doughs, batters, and icings.
- Measure ingredients accurately and mix them together according to recipes.
- Operate ovens, mixers, and other baking equipment.
- Decorate cakes, cookies, and other baked goods.
- Package finished products for sale.
