Customer Service Representative/Licensing Clerk
Contract (Maternity Leave) – Lakefield
Peterborough and the Kawarthas Chamber of Commerce is seeking a Customer Service Representative/Licensing Clerk for our ServiceOntario location at 133 Water Street, Lakefield, ON K0L 2H0.
This position requires someone who is personable, detail-oriented, enjoys meeting people and providing excellent customer service in a busy, retail environment.
What You Will Do: What You Will Bring:
- Process renewal applications – health Strong customer service skills cards, drivers licenses, etc. Experience in a retail or hospitality setting
- Process cash, debit and credit card Computer literacy transactions Ability to maintain focus and a high-level
- Respond to customer inquiries of service during busy periods
- Perform duties in a professional and confidential manner.
Job Type: Part-time, Contract
Job Dates: Commencing at the end of May 2023, covering a 12 to 18-month maternity leave
Hours of Work: Monday-Friday 11:30am-3:30pm, possibly Saturday 9am-1pm in rotation
Salary: $18/hour
