HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Operations Management – Coordinate end to end customer supply chain improvement projects such as leveraging Direct Customer Pick Up, Direct Deliveries from Plants. You would also be troubleshooting delayed orders and deliveries and implementing solutions.
- Strategy Planning & Implementation – You will be Implementing strategy and directions for all stock and customer transportation for KCI and coordinating transportation teams. You will also implement business plans and utilize internal and external expertise to identify opportunities for improvement across transportation and distribution.

Reporting – Execute standard reporting for key metrics including Transportation wins/losses per week by lane and Primary Tender Acceptance performance. You will work closely with Kellogg Canada Distribution Transportation Services Finance teams and 3rd parties to deliver expected performance as measured by case fill.
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
Post-secondary education or work experience equivalent (Business Administration or Bachelor’s in Supply Chain Management degree preferred)-
Minimum of 4-5 years business experience including 3 years logistics management and/or manufacturing experience in packaged goods industry.

Sound understanding of IT systems.

Demonstrate excellent analytical, organizational, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

Project Management skills are excellent to have.
