Ron MacGillivray Chev Buick GMC is seeking a successful, enthusiastic, team oriented Service BDC to join our team. We have a great service team, high traffic location and a leading brand in the automotive industry. We take a great deal of pride in the reputation that we have built and in being a progressive and successful automotive dealership.
We are currently looking for a Service BDC person to join our team and continue to grow our business and within our company.
Job Duties:
- make outbound calls each day to follow up and ensure customer satisfaction
- assist customers by reminding and scheduling the services that are due & reccomended by the manufactured
- handle service reminders, campaigns, recalls and opportunities
- follow up on service inquiries for the service department
Requirements:
- call centre experience and customer service roles are asset
- excellent communication skilss
- comfortable on computers and around technology systems
- team oriented with good time management skills
- drive and desire to meet production goals and expectations
