We are seeking a fun, energetic person to be the first point of contact for our guests, whether they are on the phone or in person. We are willing to train the right person, and here’s a glimpse of some of the things you’d learn:

Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing & announcing them appropriately

Answering, screening & forwarding incoming phone calls.

Readiness to join a collaborative effort to create the ultimate customer service experience by working in conjunction with our warranty claims department.

Handle administrative & clerical procedures. (Familiar with Microsoft applications including Word, Excel & Outlook).

Day to day managing of various office equipment such as phone system, printers, security camera system, postage meter, etc.

Good time management skills (great multitasker).

Supporting Customer Service.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent.
Salary: From $36,000.00-$38,000.00 per year.
