CSL is looking for a full time Shuttle Driver / Logistics Coordinator to join our team. The Shuttle Driver will be responsible for transporting passengers to and from designated locations in a safe and timely manner. This position will also involve frequent communication with the healthcare resources, our NB management team, other drivers, and our trusted service providers. The ideal candidate will have a clean driving record, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to customer service. Some prior knowledge of Electric Vehicles is an asset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate company shuttle vehicle in a safe and courteous manner
- Transport passengers to and from designated locations on established routes
- Assist passengers with loading and unloading luggage and other belongings
- Maintain accurate logs of passenger pickups and drop-offs
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues to management
- Provide excellent customer service to all passengers
- Communicate with our service providers and schedule maintenance appointments
- Perform vehicle check-ins and send updates to our management team
- Clean vehicles between users, as needed
- Forward requests and inquiries to the appropriate team members
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Minimum of 2 years of driving experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist passengers with luggage
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of local roads and traffic patterns
- Some proficiency with standard business software (Excel, etc.)
