*This position is located in Prince George, BC; the candidate would need to relocate if they do not reside in Prince George.

Job Details:
- Professional face to face interactions with clients, on the phone and through emails; all the while, building positive relationships.
- Clearly communicate between the client and the technician.
- Work independently and with a team.
- Ability to meet and exceed sales goals in a face-paced environment that follows our clients needs/wants/requests.
- Build work orders, estimates and process invoices (includes handling of payments). Practice scheduling appointments, part sourcing, ordering, product knowledge and features and benefits. Educate clients, offer solutions, book the next appointment and keep clients in control of their spending.
Requirements:
- Persistent with company goals, professional growth and maintain a balanced professional/personal life.
- Have a high level of organizational and communication skills (verbal, written and audible).
- Possess strong problem solving and decision making skills.
- Class 5 driver's license or 7N license.
