Job Summary:

We are hiring a talented Sales Support Coordinator to join our team. The Sales Support Coordinator is responsible for supporting and assisting the Sales and Marketing team as well as maintaining and updating customers’ sales information. As a key support member to the Sales and Marketing Department, your main focus will be assisting the sales team so they can invest more time with our customers.
Key Responsibilities:

Create and maintain a database of key customer accounts and assists the sales team in further development of those accounts

Assists Sales team by managing key account requests: account set-up, preparing/ sending packages

Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and execution of sales-related activities

Create customer product profiles for ecommerce set-up

Update databases and customer records
-
Assists in tracking special pricing requests
- Assist with trade show planning and execution

Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing sales reports, summarizing information, and identifying trends

Become an expert on company product and service offerings

Assist in preparing power point presentations

Communicate customer feedback

Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.

Provides administrative support to the sales team to ensure efficient operation of office.

Manage and contribute to special projects as required
Education:
- Community College or Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline preferred or 3+ years’ experience in sales support.
Skills and Experience:

Intermediate computer skills in MS Office suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and outlook

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Highly self-motivated, energetic personality

Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills

Ability to prioritize work within a fast-paced environment under tight timelines

Strong relationship building and follow-up skills
