Your Role:
As a Keyholder/Supervisor, you'll contribute to the seamless operation of our retail stores. Lead by example, motivate team members, and ensure exceptional customer experiences.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated team leadership experience.
- Proficient in sales, customer service, and cash handling.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with cannabis and a desire to learn more.
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs and peak traffic times.
- Technologically savvy with tablet and MS Office skills.
- Physical ability to navigate multi-story locations and handle up to 11 kg.
