Who we are
Elte is Toronto's source for considered design for all things home. For over 100 years, our family has worked with designers and craftspeople from idea to object, curating timeless pieces and the most distinct creations. Our sister brand, Mkt, is an independent design house creating pieces for a modern, edited home. We have three large showrooms within Toronto's Design District. In the Elte Showroom, you'll find Rugs and Carpeting, Furniture, Lighting, Mattresses, Linens and Home Decor.
Duties and Responsibilities
The Pickup representative is the last person that the customer deals with on a pick-up transaction and will influence the customers shopping experience
Acknowledge and assist customers when they are picking up their order
Perform inspection of the product with the customer while maintaining a positive, complimentary outlook
Assist with loading the product into the customer’s car, if required
Process pick-up request in system and collect outstanding payments from the customer before they leave the warehouse
Ensure end of day processing is completed and all COD payments are paid in full on the day of pick-up
Qualifications
Outstanding communication skills, both written and spoken, with customers and co-workers
Driven with an enthusiastic and positive attitude
Task oriented with a strong work ethic and genuine desires to uphold the company vision
Excellent time management and organization skills
Strong problem-solving skills with a solution-based approach
Accountable and reliable
Computer proficient
Ability to be flexible

Schedule
Tuesday to Saturday 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
