What You Will Get To Do:

Input and validate daily cycle data pertaining to cycle performance, SLA deadlines, and operational incidents.
-
Generate, validate, and distribute the daily Dashboard report detailing production-services-related incidents.
-
Generate, validate, and distribute monthly SLA reporting.
-
Generate, validate, and distribute the Daily Batch Report detailing basic cycle performance and file transfer information
-
Gather information and assemble the monthly Forecast report.
-
Perform regular analysis of cycle processes to identify and document performance degradations and improvements, and project the effect of scheduled changes on processing performance.
-
Perform an analysis of existing department reporting to identify problems (inconsistencies, inaccuracies, bad procedures) and opportunities (efficiency enhancements, improve usability, improve information content for end users).
