Position Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated and customer Service Manager to lead our service department. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a strong technical background, and a passion for delivering top-notch service. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing and improving all aspects of our service operations, including team performance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of service technicians and support staff to achieve service excellence and departmental goals.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer concerns, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a customer-focused service culture.
- Operational Efficiency: Optimize service department processes and workflows to maximize efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
- Quality Control: Implement and maintain rigorous quality control standards to ensure the delivery of high-quality service and repairs.
- Inventory Management: Manage and control inventory levels, ensuring the availability of parts and materials required for service and repair work.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the service department budget, monitor expenses, and make cost-effective decisions to achieve financial targets.
- Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate department performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for service team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Safety: Promote and enforce workplace safety protocols to ensure the well-being of employees and customers.
- Bachelor's degree in business management or equivalent work experience.
