Rendez Vous Nissan is looking for a full-time Service Advisor to join the team in our busy dealership located in Hawkesbury Ontario. Since you are the first and last person our customers see you have exceptional customer service skills and you are bilingual. Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service while acting as the liaison between our customers and service technicians
- Schedule appointments and recommend maintenance and repairs
- Communicate with customers with status updates
- Maintain positive customer relationships to ensure repeat business
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year related automotive service advisor experience
- Effective listening, communication, and client service skills
- Bilingual in French and English (written and verbal)
- Proficient in DMS, SERTI preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $40,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
