About this opportunity
Education Campus Director. This doctor will lead the development and delivery of an accredited curriculum education programs for Align Technology, including integration with existing schools or institute program. This person will create, develop, manage, administer and deliver content across multiple disciplines. This person will also lead and manage a team of Align faculty or visiting contracted faculty, with full responsibility, including training.
In this role, you will…

Develop an education campus and accredited curriculum for education of orthodontists, dentists and staff.
- Develop content and curriculum

Provide education and train the trainer for faculty

Manage a team of speakers and collaborators

Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and implement the global and regional strategy for education campuses, aligned with Aligns strategic imperatives.

Recruit, staff, and train faculty to support the education campus with courses
-
Ensure ownership, action to resolution, back up and contingency within the team

Propose ideas for curriculums and scenarios for synergy and accreditation.

Continuously identify and drive improvement initiatives through people, process & systems/tools

Provide ideas and suggestions to improve the overall adoption of the Align Digital Platform and workflow for offices.

Build and maintain strong and effective internal relationships across cross-functional units; ensuring senior leadership is engaged and appraised of strategy and development updates.

Partner, build and manage relationships with all qualified partners to maximize adoption and integration of the education campus.

Develop and nurture effective relationships with our largest customers and faculty in order to drive growth and ensure profitability of the campus

Develop and coach personnel, including faculty, to current & future trends related to Align, Dental & Orthodontics industries and strategies.

Develop assessment and graduation policies and procedures

Develop options for career services - potential job opportunities post-graduation

In this role, you’ll need …
-
DDS/DMD or equivalent dental degree.
-
Master’s degree in dentistry or related discipline; or combination of education and equivalent work experience required of at least 10+ years

8+ years of directly related experience (people management)

Strong oral and written communication skills (presentations and correspondence, influencing skills)

Efficient at managing competing demands including prioritization, responsiveness and keeping others informed

Skill in establishing priorities, and handling multiple projects simultaneously

Strategic Thinker and Highly Organized

Results & Tasks- oriented and independent

Demonstrating Leadership & influencing skills

Solid problem-solving ability and ability to manage details

4+ years of Presentation skills

Strong MS Office knowledge

- Will be required to be on site and travel to deliver educational events as part of structured campus programs.

Primary Location Base Salary Range: $175,500 to $214,900 USD
Base salary ranges are a guideline used to determine appropriate pay. Placement depends on the individual skills and experience level of a candidate plus the total compensation and equity across team members. For other locations outside of the primary location, the base salary range will be adjusted geographically. For field Sales roles, the salary listed is the base pay only and does not include the applicable commission plan. A cost of living adjustment may be added to base pay for higher cost areas in the U.S. Our internship hourly rates are a standard pay determined based on the position and your location, year in school, degree, and experience.
