We are currently recruiting internally and externally for a Valve and Actuation Service Advisor in Midale. This position will be focused on our Services business and coordinating repairs and field service for our Midale Service Center. The selected candidate will be tasked with supporting a variety of customers in Saskatchewan with day-to-day repairs, shutdown repairs, and field service requests.
You will be reporting to the Manager, Service Midale and the following are the primary responsibilities for the role.
- Handling all service request calls from customers for Valve and Actuation service.
- Advising customers on proper requirements for servicing products.
- Assisting customers with determining service levels and scope of work
- Interfacing with Sales group for customer support
- Quoting, entering, and fulfilling orders for customers on repairs and service
- Placing orders on our factory vendors
- Basic and long delivery expediting
- Data entry and tracking
- Repair status updates and reports
- Booking field service work
- Reviewing field service requirements (e.g., travel, safety, accommodation)
- General Reporting
- High school diploma
- Post-Secondary education would be an asset
- Industrial experience would be an asset
- Previous industrial service experience would be seen as a benefit
- SAP experience would be an asset
