Field Service Technician
**Must live in or around Drayton Valley, AB**
Compressco Canada Inc. (a division of CSI Compressco) specializing in natural gas compression, is currently expanding our Field Service Team in Kindersley, Saskatchewan area.
Qualifications:
· Journeyman certification such as Gas Tech, Automotive Tech, Millwright, Heavy Duty Tech or Ag Tech.
· Clean class 5 driver’s license.
· Ability to pass drug and alcohol testing.
· Valid H2S and First Aid tickets
Reporting to the Field Service Supervisor, the ideal candidate’s duties will include, but are not limited to
· Maintains equipment records and determine equipment maintenance and repair needs
· Comply with all company and customer safety and environmental policies and procedures, i.e., lock out, tag out.
· Perform preventative maintenance per Compressco Guidelines
· Performs major and minor repairs as needed
· Alert Supervisor of any major repairs needed or other concern i.e., health, safety, environment
· Complete work orders documenting work performed.
· Actively participate in training programs
· Performs other tasks and assist others as necessary
· Maintain accurate inventory
· Comply with all company policies and procedures
· Work professionally with customers and other Compressco Employees
· Assist in training of new employees as directed by supervisor
· Complete and submit appropriate documentation; must be able to navigate electronic devices i.e., laptop, tablet, cell phone and various software programs
· Operates motor vehicle and travels from one location to another
· Comply with all safety protocols on all customer locations
· Various other duties may be assigned
· Possibility of overnight stays.
· Possible weekend call outs, on scheduled weekends.
