What is this opportunity?
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Systems Integration Engineer to join our team. As the Systems Integration Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing workflows using MuleSoft, administering our Zuora instance, developing enhancement strategies, overseeing D365, coordinating developers, acting as a business partner for finance processes, and preparing for SAP implementation. This role requires a strong technical background, project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
What will you do?
- Administer and maintain our Zuora instance, including configuration, customization, and troubleshooting.
- Design, implement, and optimize workflows using MuleSoft to streamline business processes and ensure efficient data integration.
- Develop and execute enhancement strategies to improve system capabilities and support evolving business needs.
- Oversee the functionality and administration of D365, ensuring smooth operations, system maintenance, and user support.
- Coordinate with developers to drive successful integration projects, providing guidance, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Act as a business partner for finance processes, working closely with finance teams to understand requirements and deliver effective system solutions.
- Lead the preparation and planning for SAP implementation, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring a smooth transition.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in system integration, recommending best practices and innovative solutions.
What will you need to succeed?
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience administering Zuora.
- Experience implementing workflows. Knowledge of MuleSoft is strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of D365 administration and customization.
- Previous experience coordinating developers and managing integration projects.
- Familiarity with finance processes and the ability to communicate between technical and finance teams.
- Experience in SAP migration is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
