Duties:
- Start from 7:20 am
- Prepare and assemble baking items and fillings according to recipes and instructions.
- Assist with baking and oven operations, ensuring proper temperature and timing.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery area, including equipment, tools, and work surfaces.
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking ingredients and supplies as needed.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a bakery or cake decorating role is preferred but not required.
- Basic knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and efficiently.
Note: This position may require standing for long periods of time and lifting heavy objects.
Must go to two different locations to assist with baking. Must speak English
