This position will be working security monitoring and patrolling the perimeter of the building. You would also be trained as a night auditor to fill in for vacation, leave etc.
Responsibilities for Night Auditor would be as follows:
· Greet guests upon arrival, check them in and provide them with any information they need to enjoy their stay
· Respond to guest questions, concerns, requests and emergencies
· Reconcile all accounts in a timely manner and verify that all end of day work has been performed by other departments
· Ensure invoices are accurate and sent to Accounts department
· Schedule guest wake-up calls
· Verify reservations and guest request for the following day
·· Answer phones
Qualifications for Night Auditor
· Excellent communication and math skills
· 2+ years' experience in customer service or hospitality
· Able to learn computer functions and other on-the-job skills
· Strong eye for details
· Good problem-solving skills
· Ability to multitask
· Solid customer service skills
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Exceptional customer service skills
